Our office participates in most of the insurance plans offered in this region of North Carolina.  These plans include:

• United Healthcare

• Tricare (Standard and Tricare for Life)
• Aetna
• Workers Compensation

Our insurance department files electronically with most carriers. If we are not a participating provider with your insurance, we will file your claim to your insurance for you out of courtesy.  Insurance cards must be presented at each office visit to assure accuracy in billing your insurance carrier.  The insurance staff has over 25 years of combined experience in working with commercial and managed care companies.  They are well equipped for working with our patients and their insurance needs.

Payments 

Copays, deductables and coinsurances are due at time of service.  Self-pay patients must pay at least $50.00 before being seen, and if the balance is paid in full when checking out, you will receive a 30% discount toward your office visit.

We have a return check fee of $30.00 that will be added to your account for any returned checks.

We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy 

Contact our office within 24 hours of  your appointment to avoid a $25.00 missed appointment fee.
